We just wanted to write you a letter in appreciation for all your hard work finding our family the perfect home. We weren't even really looking to move when we happened to run into you. We noticed a nice looking home that was for sale and it just so happened that you were having an open house so we decided to take a look. While that house didn't work out, you saw the opportunity to help us anyway and took us under your wing. You showed us some nice homes but as picky as we were we just couldn't find our dream home. Just when we were about to give up you talked us into sticking it out for another week and due to your persistence, it paid off. You kept us well informed each day as new listings were published. Even when you were out of town you kept in touch with us and on top of our dealings as if you were here. We are absolutely thrilled with our current home. Without you and your tenacity we would still be busting the seams at our old home. You got us above market value on our 13 year old home that allowed us to upgrade to a spacious 2 year old home with an excellent floor plan in a great neighborhood. Because of your hard work, dedication and friendly attitude the two of you have become good friends. You were always able to work around our hectic schedule, and that was a huge benefit to us.
